Fluent Speakers in any of the below languages (English, German, French and Italian speakers)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming/outgoing calls to the call center.
• Provide follow-up, occasional campaigns, and call-backs blended with normal inbound calls.
• Provide the best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle and solve all inquiries, requests, and complaints received via all channels available (phone, fax, e-mail and …etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relative field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
• B2 in English is a Must
• Graduates Only.
