Job Description

What do we expect from you:

Key responsibilities:

  • Review project documents (contract, scope, schedule, budget, technical submittals, drawings, etc.)
  • Follow up site activities (electromechanical installation, civil works progress).
  • inspection of materials and equipment at the site or at the IETOS warehouse.
  • Attend technical and progress meetings with clients and consultants.
  • Coordinate transportation for all materials and equipment and ensure proper storage at the site.
  • Prepare site inspection requests and get approval from client representatives.
  • Prepare invoices complete with all required documents under the supervision of PM.
  • prepare project letters and claims (time and cost).
  • Prepare EMRs, fabrication requests, expenses, and cash requests.
  • Prepare project reports (Internal and external) on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate between different departments along the project to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Handle comments & recommendations from project consultants for a running project.
  • Handle various approvals with the government authorities.
  • Prepare projects' BOQs & cost sheets .
  • Prepare lessons learned during the project and prepare a report at the end of the project.

Job Requirements

To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proficiency in English languages.
  • 1-3 Years of experience

Skills and knowledge:

  • Good command of both written and spoken English language
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Naturally collaborative and able to quickly build effective working relationships and influence across the organization and with external partners to improve practices
  • Resilient and able to manage competing priorities
  • Basic Knowledge in Water & Waste Water treatment  field
  • Proven working experience as a Project Engineer
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
  • Decision-making ability and leadership skills
  • Basic Project Management
  • Time management and organization skills
