As a Sales Team Leader at Stellar Estates, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brokerage by leading and managing a team of highly motivated sales professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team's overall performance aligns with our company's objectives.
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
4. Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and potential partnerships to expand our client base and market share.
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas for improvement and growth.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to enhance the company's reputation and generate new business opportunities.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide training and development opportunities, and address any performance issues within the sales team.
9. Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track, analyze, and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Job Requirements
