Job Description

Lead the implementation of NetSuite’s Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), BI, and Data Warehouse modules.
Configure the system to align with client requirements, including dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
Develop customized reports and data visualizations to provide real-time insights and support strategic decision-making.
Integrate NetSuite with other data sources and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, third-party databases) for a unified data view.
Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Optimize the Data Warehouse setup to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, data needs, and reporting goals.
Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Provide recommendations on best practices for data management and analytics using NetSuite’s capabilities.
Perform system testing, data validation, and quality assurance to ensure accurate implementation of BI and planning modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, reporting errors, and system performance.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of data processes to maintain high standards of data quality.
Develop user guides, training materials, and best practices documentation for end-users.
Provide training sessions to help clients effectively use NetSuite’s BI, planning, and data analytics tools.
Document system configurations, data models, and key processes for future reference and updates.
Manage the end-to-end implementation project, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and senior management.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

3+ years of experience with NetSuite BI, Planning, or Data Warehouse modules.
NetSuite Certification (BI, Planning, or DWH User Certification).
Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift).
Strong experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and financial planning systems.

Skills

Fluency in English.
NetSuite Certification (BI, Planning, or DWH User Certification).
Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift).
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proficiency in NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), SuiteAnalytics, and Data Warehouse configuration.
Experience with SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
