Job Description
- Adding leads and registration cards in listings on CRM and assigning leads to the sales team.
- Follow up sales team inputs on CRM and generate performance reports.
- Assist the sales team focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Handling sales and pre-sales coordination with other departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Maintain an accurate database, process paperwork, prepare different reports.
- Welcome clients and coordinate their meetings in the company with his sales.
- Manage and update broker's data on CRM and sheets.
- Follow up broker's contracts and required documents to be collected and scanned.
- Answer brokers or ambassadors' requests, follow up commission claims with the finance department and sign commission cheques from the CEO.
- Arrange with broker’s sales and their finance to receive commissions and incentive cheques.
- Record paid commissions and incentives on systems or data sheets
Job Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience in the same position.
- Advanced MS office user, especially in Excel
- Good Relationships with brokers
- Organized
