Job Description

  • Adding leads and registration cards in listings on CRM and assigning leads to the sales team.
  • Follow up sales team inputs on CRM and generate performance reports.
  • Assist the sales team focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • Handling sales and pre-sales coordination with other departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Maintain an accurate database, process paperwork, prepare different reports.
  • Welcome clients and coordinate their meetings in the company with his sales.
  • Manage and update broker's data on CRM and sheets.
  • Follow up broker's contracts and required documents to be collected and scanned.
  • Answer brokers or ambassadors' requests, follow up commission claims with the finance department and sign commission cheques from the CEO.
  • Arrange with broker’s sales and their finance to receive commissions and incentive cheques.
  • Record paid commissions and incentives on systems or data sheets

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of experience in the same position.
  • Advanced MS office user, especially in Excel
  • Good Relationships with brokers
  • Organized
