Job Description
We are hiring an "Export Specialist" for one of the most important and largest companies operating in the field of agricultural processing and landmark in the field of frozen vegetables, natural juices, pickles and jam in Egypt, was founded in 1982.
Job Description:
•Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
•Prepare and file export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
•Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics providers to arrange shipment of goods.
•Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers.
•Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise, such as delays, damages, or missing items.
•Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all parties are updated on shipment status.
•Provide guidance on export regulations and requirements to internal teams.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Females Only.
•2-3 years of experience as an Export Specialist.
•FMCG industry is preferred.
•Fluent in English is a MUST.
•Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office.
•Location: Downtown (West El Balad).
•Transportation provide.
•Working Hours: 8 h/per day 9-5 - 2 days off.
•Social/Medical insurance.
