Job Description

Job Purpose:
Sales Assistant is a supportive role. They are responsible for sharing information among their co-workers, filing and managing sales documentation cycle.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Handling sales documentation cycle.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Handle correspondence with the Head Office and with customers.
  • Type various documents and electronic information.
  • Keep detailed meeting notes.
  • Coordinating team input on various deadlines for specific projects.
  • Recording and documenting procedures.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken).
  • Presentable.
  • Excellent knowledge in using all of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • High level of negotiating skills and awareness of differing international cultures is helpful.
  • Confidence and experience in dealing with colleagues at all levels from Board level down and extremely demanding customers is expected.
  • Detail-oriented.
