Job Description
- Preparation appropriations for the raw materials and materials that will be supplied in the project according to the various work items contained in the executive drawings
- Follow up on project schedules and follow up on the extent of commitment to their implementation
- Preparing executive drawings for the project
- Approving purchase requests for the project and following up on supplies with the purchasing officer
- Matching the architectural paintings received when contracting with the construction paintings
- Follow up on the progress of the work, monitor the work of the subcontractor on site, communicate with the client, and record any notes from the client on the work or modifications
- Preparing reports (weekly - monthly) to clarify the executive position on business progress
- Communicating with the technical offices at the sites and working to solve any obstacles to the work
- Preparing price analysis for various items and presenting it to the direct manager and attending price study committees
- Follow up and review the disbursement of subcontractors’ extracts, timing of disbursement, and recording deductions and their reasons
- Providing the document coordinator with all information and documents to work on documenting them and preparing a special record for the technical office department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit,, or similar design software.
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Mathematical and deductive reasoning.
- Critical thinking.
