Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives, conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, competitors, and industry landscapes to help organizations understand market dynamics and make informed business decisions.

Key Performance Areas:

Data Collection and Analysis:Gathering relevant data through various research methods and analyzing it to extract meaningful insights.

Market Trends Identification: Monitoring and identifying emerging market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments.

Competitive Analysis:Assessing competitors' strategies, products, pricing, and market positioning to identify strengths and weaknesses.

Consumer Insights: Understanding customer behavior, preferences, needs, and demographics to support marketing strategies.

Report Preparation: Creating clear and concise reports, presentations, or dashboards to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Strategic Recommendations: Providing actionable recommendations based on research insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

Project Management: Successfully planning, executing, and delivering market research projects within deadlines and budgets.

Stakeholder Satisfaction:Meeting the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders by delivering accurate and relevant market research insights.

Job Requirements

Knowledge:

  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar relevant field.
  • knowledge of traditional, field marketing, trade marketing and market research methods
  • Applicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and tool

Skills:
