Key Responsibilities:
B2B Account Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with sub-agents to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Driving sales of travel services through Cozmo B2B platform to sub agents and achieving targeted revenue goals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture these markets.
- Staying updated on travel products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with the best options.
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Preparing sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future sales.
- Upholding and promoting the company’s brand values and service excellence.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities.
Business Development
- Focus on both existing and new sub-agents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market to expand network and client base.
- Use networking and market research to identify potential sub-agents' clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for acquiring new clients.
Revenue Management & Reporting:
- Ensure that revenue targets for assigned accounts are met or exceeded.
- Keep an eye on booking trends from sub agents to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Use the CRM system to keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Operational excellence:
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and familiarity with various airline booking portals.
- Strong knowledge of B2B travel business in KSA market.
- Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Education:

- Proven track record in B2B sales within the travel industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong network within the KSA B2B travel.
