Job Description
The aiNTEL team is seeking to hire a dynamic and multilingual Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technology, including a good understanding of software application, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and digital screening & profiling services under the risk and compliance domain (preferably in the O&G sector). This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements through conducting in-depth needs analysis to position aiNTEL solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients in Arabic and English.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep informed and up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the financial sector in the risk and compliance arena.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in in the GCC region and in particular in the O&G or technology sectors with a min 2 to 3 years experience.
- Strong understanding of the KSA culture
- Understand the sales process and demonstrate the ability to manage and align to the sales strategy.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong Presentation and Demo skills
- Good knowledge of technology, computer systems, SW applications, Artificial intelligence preferably in the O&G sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed.
