Job Description
The Business Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development and Management
- Analyze complex business problems and develop tailored technical solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of business solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into business operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements, define objectives, and assess solution feasibility.
- Present solutions, technical roadmaps, and project updates to executive stakeholders.
Technology Implementation
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement best-fit technologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead system configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for operational improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance business capabilities.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure proper adoption of solutions.
Job Requirements
Technical Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or IT project management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful business solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or BPM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Proficiency in business process modeling and workflow tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, APIs).
- Expertise in cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- ITIL Certification.
- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other relevant software certifications.
