Job Description
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Signalling Installation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You will develop and maintain the Signalling Installation Engineering activities for the signalling system in line with strategy and customer/project specific policies.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering Turnkey project, making sure they align with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
We’ll look to you for:
Overseeing operational coordination of all project activities related to Installation and Field Operations (FO), in compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, including:
- Deliver and maintain of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements (WMS), in compliance with standard processes and products specifications
- Manage the Installation Works for Mainline & Urban Signalling equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces
- Manage the interfaces with Third Parties, Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments
- Continuous improvement:
- Ensure continuous Installation performance improvement within the Project
- Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line
- Participate to Process / “Metier” improvement workgroup when requested, propose update/improvement of the Installation and T&C way of working, process, tools and Reference Library
- Performance measurements:
- Work-package management QCDP (quality, cost, delivery and performance)
- Savings through Risk mitigation and Opportunities management, Cash by sales milestones achievement
- Quality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety Agencies): monitoring, anticipation and reporting on progress and issues
Job Requirements

- Engineering degree level or equivalent education or experiences
- Strong experience on railway site management
- Cost and planning control experience in site management scope
- EHS background
- Experience in similar role in railway project is preferred.
- Knowledge of Railway products and services on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M)
- Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives
- Hands-on experience on Customer relationship in technical topics
