Job Description
- Develop HR plan and budget
- Update organizational structure and job description, in addition to conducting job analysis whenever needed.
- Implement HR policies and procedures, including personnel
- Develop training and development plan
- Update KPIs for all positions and link them with company and departments objectives
- Acquire best talent and retain them
- implement a complete cycle of PMS
- Conduct market survey to update company's salary structure and employee benefits
- Follow up on employee discipline, social insurance, and legal compliance
- Implement motivation and retention programs
- Follow up on administrative services provided to employees
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- +10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in managing HR specialists
- Previous experience in real estate development companies is preferred,
- Recognized professional HR certificate, preferred HR diploma
- Very good command of English
- Excellent knowledge and proven experience in labor law, social insurance, and salary tax
- Excellent in using excel, word, power point, and outlook
- Excellent reporting skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
