Job Description

  • Develop HR plan and budget
  • Update organizational structure and job description, in addition to conducting job analysis whenever needed.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, including personnel
  • Develop training and development plan
  • Update KPIs for all positions and link them with company and departments objectives 
  • Acquire best talent and retain them
  • implement a complete cycle of PMS
  • Conduct market survey to update company's salary structure and employee benefits
  • Follow up on employee discipline, social insurance, and legal compliance
  • Implement motivation and retention programs
  • Follow up on administrative services provided to employees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • +10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in managing HR specialists
  • Previous experience in real estate development companies is preferred, 
  • Recognized professional HR certificate, preferred HR diploma
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent knowledge and proven experience in labor law, social insurance, and salary tax
  • Excellent in using excel, word, power point, and outlook
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
