Job Description

•Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

•Receiving the work plan and the objectives to be achieved from the sales supervisor, whether it is a daily, weekly, monthly or annual plan.
 Responsible for maintaining minimum monthly or bi-monthly targets for regional sales
• Responsibility for implementing the action plan on its regional scale in the following governorates:
Western - Eastern - Kafr El-Sheikh - Menoufia - Qalyubia - Dakahlia - Beheira - Damietta - Alexandria
• Work according to the itinerary specified in the region within the daily work plan agreed upon with the sales manager.
• Participate in the process of improving relations with existing customers through periodic and continuous follow-up with them and visiting them in an organized manner to strengthen relations with them.
• Work to meet customer requests and always ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsibility for sending customer orders to the customer accountant in the accounts department
• Sending all the data required to be available for contracting with customers and specified by the company
• Responsibility for sending orders to customers and following up with the Accounts and Warehouses Department until the orders come out and start going to the customer
• Recording all the required data on the program approved by the company, which is "System ERP".
• Attend to the store to load the order with the distribution representative and ensure that all products are loaded before moving.
 And review with the storekeeper and customer accountant to ensure all data and requirements.

• Accuracy in defining the client's requirements and conveying that to those concerned in the company to work on improving the products offered to clients in order to increase their purchase share and increase orders.
• Using all possible means to improve the traffic of existing customers' satisfaction with the aim of targeting other customers through them and using them in a marketing manner within the regional scope.
• Working hard to provide recommendations related to the company's products, addressing potential problems, and proposing quick solutions to customers as well as the company.
• Responsibility for collecting the value owed to the company by customers, out of concern for the company's money.
• Supplying cash or checks to the company's treasury accountant, or depositing the collected amounts in the company's bank account, and sending the document confirming the deposit to the treasury accountant.
The tasks may be modified according to the development movement aimed at achieving new goals that contribute to the group’s institutional development process. Therefore, it is necessary to accept any other tasks that are determined and signed when requested by the Marketing and Sales Department and the Human Resources Department.

Job Requirements

• Residency condition in Tanta or its suburbs.
• A suitable higher qualification Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in sales generally 5 years, including at least 3 years in health paper products and cosmetics.
• Multiple dealings skills with diverse cultures.
• Skills in using the means of communication "mobile, e-mail and application"
• Excellent knowledge of the Delta and Canal region.
• Persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Coordination skills between stores and customers.
• Patience to deal with customer issues and calls throughout the day from customers.
• Motivational skills and positive behavior.
