The qualifications:
Reviewing and moderating all user-generated content within comments, images, links, videos, audios, private messages, and user profiles
Implementing and enforcing social media platform policies consistently and fairly, and providing clear and constructive feedback to users regarding content violations and necessary actions
Monitoring all information and news related to the industry and the company to anticipate potential issues and outcomes
Reviewing and moderating user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and policies
Documenting and escalating issues that require attention beyond the moderation team's scope
Participating in outreach efforts to raise awareness about responsible social media usage
Interacting with all the comments and feedback from consumers to maintain a good brand image
These responsibilities and tasks are essential for maintaining a healthy and positive online presence on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field is typically required, although relevant work experience can also be considered
