Job Description

Job Purpose/Summary

Commercial Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. They help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities 

  • Management of daily emails and account-related requests from clients.
  • Creation and maintenance of customer accounts in the system.
  • Customer contracts and documentation review and validation.
  • Assisting in the implementation of supplier & client integrations.
  • Running reports and analysis of customers, bookings, and others.
  • Preparing Sales presentations.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent team work, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Travel industry background.
