Job Summary:
The IT Training Design Supervisor is responsible for designing new IT specialized programs and Tracks, providing technical consulting for update, change, and development of the technological systems in the banking sector, communicating with local and international providers to develop and deliver IT courses.
The ideal candidate shall have a strong understanding of IT training, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact local providers who can deliver IT training courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of IT training courses and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT training trends and technologies.
- Designing Training Programs and work on TPs.
- Pinpointing International Trends.
- Negotiate partnerships with different vendors/provider.
- Creating announcements and follow up on programs to maintain high level of success.
- Produce high quality products/product kits and supervise products marketing activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Information System, or any related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT training
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong understanding of IT training trends and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
