Job Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role located in New Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer service, training, and sales management.
Job Requirements
1) Property Advisor.
No Experience needed.
2) Property Consultant.
1+ Exp. in Real Estate.
3) senior property consultant
2+ Exp. in Real Estate
Responsibilities
- Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
- Arranging advertising to promote the property
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
Qualifications
- International Universities
- Bachelor degree
- Experience Must be in Brokerage Real Estate Companies
- Excellent English Speaker
- High Communication skills
