Job Description
- Managing all export shipments
- Dealing with shippers / consignees requirements
- Dealing with truckers and customs clearance brokers
- Dealing with agents worldwide
- Explore new fields of business
- Ensure that the process and employees are working smoothly and efficiently.
- Handling invoices with clients and accounting department
- Good relation with shipping Lines
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
- 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics field background is a MUST.
- Excellent computer skills
- Very good command of English both writing and speaking.
- Great at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
