Job Description
- Support sales staff by monitoring department KPI’s.
- Maintain complete databases for all documents, agreements, contracts and action logs for Sales Activities.
- Support retail sales team by assisting on daily related sales activities, providing pending orders and blocked orders update, customers above the credit limit reports to sales team.
- Provide Customer Statements upon requests to customers & Sales team.
- Coordinate & communicate between different functions to assist in delivery times. Report and follow up service complaints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business administration.
- 3+ years of experience in sales
- SAP User
- Excellent (MS Office) skills. advanced Excel including XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Pivot and Power query .
- Excellent level of English (reading, written and spoken).
- Excellent level in business writing.
