Job Description
- 3 Months Project as Shipping Delivery Associate over Phone and Email
- The Shipping Delivery Associate acts as the primary interface between our company and our delivery partners, so to our delivery partners the company.
- The Shipping Delivery Associate are expected to identify Delivery Partner concerns over phone and email and work on troubleshooting delivery partner issues and provide process improvement suggestions.
- You'll be required to work From Office or Home according to the business need
Job Requirements
- Candidates with the following will be preferred:
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be Graduates or Gap year “ No Attendance nor Exams till Dec 2020"
- Customer Service Experience is a plus
- Must be Flexible working in Rotational Shifts and Weekends
