Job Description
- Implement the recruitment and selection policy.
- Execute recruitment and selection process from screening, intervening, following up technical interviews, and candidates’ job offering within the approved budget and manning schedule.
- Discuss the candidate’s company benefits and career opportunities.
- Assist and update manpower Plan and exit plans of the concerned projects and company departments.
- Develop and update recruitment tracking reports.
- Develop Turnover Reports.
- updates the organizational structure of all company projects and departments.
- Assists in Developing and updating job profiles for all existing employees and all company future vacancies.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide related analysis.
- Provide monthly manpower plan and recruitment reports.
- Execute training assessment needs at each year's end and submit the required data to the HR supervisor.
- Distribute the performance appraisal forms and ensure the collection is done before deadlines.
Job Requirements
• Know how to conduct interviews
• Can work on the ZK attendance management system
• Working on Visio (Workflow, Departmental Chart, and Organization Chart).
• Distribute the performance appraisal forms and ensure the collection is done before deadlines.
• Knowledge of Human Resources management is a must.
• Very Good command of the English language.
