Job Description

  • Implement the recruitment and selection policy.
  • Execute recruitment and selection process from screening, intervening, following up technical interviews, and candidates’ job offering within the approved budget and manning schedule.
  • Discuss the candidate’s company benefits and career opportunities.
  • Assist and update manpower Plan and exit plans of the concerned projects and company departments.
  • Develop and update recruitment tracking reports.
  • Develop Turnover Reports.
  • updates the organizational structure of all company projects and departments.
  • Assists in Developing and updating job profiles for all existing employees and all company future vacancies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide related analysis.
  • Provide monthly manpower plan and recruitment reports.
  • Execute training assessment needs at each year's end and submit the required data to the HR supervisor.
  • Distribute the performance appraisal forms and ensure the collection is done before deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Know how to conduct interviews
• Can work on the ZK attendance management system 
• Working on Visio (Workflow, Departmental Chart, and Organization Chart).
• Distribute the performance appraisal forms and ensure the collection is done before deadlines.

• Knowledge of Human Resources management is a must.

• Very Good command of the English language.
