Job Description
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare and follow the petty cash account with the procedures regularly.
- Adding Pos to the system and issue customer invoices and following the payment with collection team
- Track project cost from time to time and validate project cost.
- Add all journal entries to Oddo regularly.
- Posting journal entries.
- Executing all monthly expenses.
- Recording daily financial transactions to the system
- Keeping the Accounting documents well organized.
- Asset Management: recording all the company's assets and tools to the system.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting
- at least 2 years of Experience
- an ability to keep documents well organized
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures,
- Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Hands-on experience with accounting software ERP system” Oddo”
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Fluency in English is MUST
