Job Description
- Al Fawzy Dental is hiring new Customer Relationship specialist for Agouza branch.
- Working hours : Morning shift: 10 am to 5 pm / Night shift: 3 pm to 10 pm for females or 4 pm to 11 pm for males
- Days off : Friday
- Age : 25 - 35

Job role:
- Utilizes CRM tools to manage patient inquiries and contact leads across WhatsApp, email and website.
- Sends automated or personalized responses and quotations based on the patient’s query.
- Tracks and follows up with leads, ensuring they are properly nurtured and moved through the clinic's sales funnel.
- Works with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion and patient retention strategies.
- Provides detailed information about services, schedules appointments, and sends quotations.
- Acts as a liaison between patients and the clinic, ensuring efficient communication and service.

Job requirements for this position:
- Education and Training: Bachelor degree is typically required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, dental professionals, and other staff members.
- CRM Software Knowledge: Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads, manage patient interactions, and send follow-up emails or quotations. Familiarity with automated email systems for patient reminders, newsletters, or special promotions.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to engage with patients/clients and create a positive experience. Problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and inquiries effectively. Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously, particularly on WhatsApp, while maintaining professionalism.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage patient data efficiently, keep track of patient follow-ups, quotes, and appointments. Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing quotations and managing appointments.
- Sales and Lead Conversion Skills: Experience in lead management and nurturing patient relationships from inquiry to conversion. Ability to convert patient inquiries into appointments or consultations. Upselling or cross-selling dental services where appropriate.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of office tools (such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) for creating documents, emails, and managing schedules. Familiarity with social media and messaging platforms like WhatsApp for engaging patients and handling inquiries.
- Empathy and Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and patient-centered approach to building relationships with clients. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, especially when dealing with anxious or dissatisfied patients.
