Job Description

Main duties:

  • Provides Customer support for all online sales channels including website, social media, and different online platforms.
  • Provide exceptional Customer service including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries , troubleshoot website problems and effectively handle customer complaints and escalations.
  • Record new leads on CRM system and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Coordinate and assign new requests to responsible departments.
  • Outgoing calls to clients and suppliers to manage the accounts receivable and payable.
  • Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines,  local tour operator…etc) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services.

Secondary duties:

  • Design travel packages and itineraries.
  • Design and sells honeymoon packages .
  • Handles FIT requests and create bookings through different reservation systems along with direct contracting
  • Sells readymade group packages for outbound Travel.
  • Sells optional sightseeing tours and transfer for outbound travel .
  • Collect visa requirements and necessary travel documents from the clients.
  • Follow up with clients through e-mails and calls to provide the updates of their existing bookings for all the booked travel services.
  • Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.
  • Handle holidays packages operation for groups 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in customer service.
  • Preferred with an experience in tourism in the outbound department.
  • Preferred with at least 1 year  experience in Expedia customer service.
  • Maximum Age is 35 years old
  • Fluent English Language Level (writing & Speaking).
  • Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Presentable appearance
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
  • Preferred to be living in New Cairo.
  • Working Hours: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
