- Provide dynamic and creative leadership through guiding and training the Resale team.
- Provides direct coaching and training to the Resale agents.
- Support Resale agents to achieve their targets.
- Supports all Resale agents in meetings and monitors their handling to clients.
- Meet clients and solve their problems with the Resale team when needed.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Resale team and follow up with them on their achievements and provide a report to the management.
- Performs quarterly evaluations (KPIs) with his team and reports to the sales manager.
- Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.
- Experience Resale Brokerage filed is MUST
- Experience in the following areas (New Cairo - New Capital - North Coast & Sokhna)
- Related Bachelor Degree
- 5-7 years of experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skill
- Excellent knowledge of Real Estate consultation
- Very Good Negotiation Skills
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Certificate in Management or training in team leading is a plus
- New Cairo residence or nearby is preferable
