Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals, with a specific focus on marketing our consumer app 
  • Create and manage a content calendar that supports brand communication, product launches, and campaigns. 
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and best practices to optimize organic performance. 
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms, and design eye-catching graphics using design tools with the help of our team. 
  • Develop compelling copy tailored to different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice. 
  • Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations. 
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform optimization strategies. 
  • Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all channels.
  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy, with 3-5 years in a similar role. 
  • Experience managing social media campaigns, content creation, and brand messaging on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for creating engaging posts, blogs, captions, and ad copy. 
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to assist with creating on-brand visual assets. 
  • Ability to maintain consistency in tone and style across platforms. 
  • Ability to devise and execute long-term and short-term social media strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals. 
  • Strong skills in interpreting social media analytics to refine campaigns, adjust strategies, and report on ROI. 
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
