- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms, and design eye-catching graphics using design tools with the help of our team.
- Develop compelling copy tailored to different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform optimization strategies.
- Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all channels.
- Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy, with 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Experience managing social media campaigns, content creation, and brand messaging on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Strong writing and communication skills for creating engaging posts, blogs, captions, and ad copy.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to assist with creating on-brand visual assets.
- Ability to maintain consistency in tone and style across platforms.
- Ability to devise and execute long-term and short-term social media strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.
- Strong skills in interpreting social media analytics to refine campaigns, adjust strategies, and report on ROI.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
