Job Description
- Apply, monitor and develop the marketing, sales and export budgets in relation to targeted profits, market share and overall directions.
- Work in coordination with the Sales Manager in stimulating interest in & support of products among the sales force, ensure & elaborate monthly sales forecasting and supervise proper preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual reports & budget revisions.
- Supervise price management (consumer price, trade margins, cost/price analysis), as well as investigate cost reduction measures to enhance product performance.
- Work in coordination with the Marketing Manager in development & execution of marketing strategy & long term plans and proper management of marketing expenses.
- Achieve best positioning for different products to maintain most profitable product mix.
- Supervise the planning of the promotional activities in coordination with both the Marketing and Sales Managers to increase the company’s sales and support the company products’ position in the market.
- Participate in defining the sales area, targeted customers, coverage objective, and the sales methods in each area in coordination with the National Sales Manager to ensure effective distribution.
- Develop a positive and constructive team work environment for the marketing, sales, and export teams. Ensure on the job training and development for his team.
- Coordinate with the Export Manager to open new markets abroad, while maintaining the existing ones, and follow up on the loading process.
This position is accountable for:

Job Requirements
- Holder of a BA or a B.Sc. from a recognized university, preferable in Economics or Business Administration. MBA is additional
- At least 5 years experience as a Commercial Manager in a reputable F&B organization.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Acquainted with different computer programs.
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Awareness of management by objectives.
