Define the project’s technical strategy with senior teams and align all departments through a kick-off meeting to ensure consistent execution.
Review schedules and coordinate activities to prioritize departmental tasks effectively.
Provide technical support and attend site meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee contract preparation with consultants and contractors to ensure technical compliance.
Submit monthly progress reports to the Project Director, highlighting performance, quality, and corrective actions.
Join weekly meetings with stakeholders to address technical issues, enforce contracts, and resolve disputes.
Review technical documents before tendering to ensure alignment with standards.
Evaluate subcontractors' technical qualifications for informed decision-making.
Supervise project close-out procedures with coordination between the site and PCS teams.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
20+ years of hands-on experience in the site.
Professional Engineering License or equivalent certification (e.g., PE, PMP, or Chartered Engineer) preferred.
Proven experience as a Resident Engineer or Senior Site Engineer, ideally within a consultancy environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
Capable of leading site teams, managing contractor performance, and resolving technical/site issues.
Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills to interface with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Ability to lead meetings, issue clear instructions, and produce detailed progress and technical reports.
Strong organizational skills to manage workload across multiple projects.
