Our Travel agency in Heliopolis is looking for a Reservation Manager. 

Job Description:

1. **Managing Bookings**: Oversee and handle all aspects of reservations, hotels, cruises, and restaurants.

2. **Communicating with Suppliers**: Liaise with hotels, and other service providers to negotiate rates, confirm availability, and resolve any issues.

3.  **Database Management**: Maintain and update the reservation system to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

4. **Team Coordination**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing & operation.

5. **Problem Resolution**: Handle complaints and resolve booking-related issues diligently to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. **Reporting**: Prepare reports on booking trends, sales performance

7. **Explore new product**: recently opened hotels, cruises, dahabeyas, restaurants..etc. 

8. **Payment Processing**: Oversee payment processes related to reservations and manage any financial discrepancies if any.
