Job Description

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Department Manager and ensure implementation of instructions and policies.
  • Review and update administrative policies and procedures on a regular basis.
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports related to administrative operations.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure coordination of activities and tasks.
  • Manage special projects and ensure that set targets are met on time.
  • Deal with and resolve inquiries and complaints from employees and customers effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with changing work situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
