Job Description
- Provide daily administrative support to the Department Manager and ensure implementation of instructions and policies.
- Review and update administrative policies and procedures on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports related to administrative operations.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure coordination of activities and tasks.
- Manage special projects and ensure that set targets are met on time.
- Deal with and resolve inquiries and complaints from employees and customers effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with changing work situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
