Job Description
- Study and recognize specifications, drawings, bills of quantities of each project on its own.
- Read carefully the purchasing orders to any extent to comply and emulate with the specs.
- Collect at least three quotations for each item from reliable and trusted suppliers which have a good reputation.
- Ensure that these offers comply with the project budget by cooperating with tendering and cost control departments
- Assure that purchasing orders comply with the contract unless he asks for a variation order.
- Cover the notes of the consultant on submittals
- Ask for proper data including schedule.
- Negotiate for the best conditions not only prices but also compliance with safety factors
- Study the delivery time and stick with it.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Site-Based.
