Job Description
- Verify materials received against packing lists, invoices or purchase orders.
- Ensure accurate data entry of delivery and receiving material.
- Issue supplies, materials and equipment to required department employees.
- Keep and update records of material received and issued periodically
- Prepare regular reports on inventory movement, stock levels, stock reservation and other issues.
- Coordinate stocktakes, including performing detailed inventory audits and stock counts.
- Issue materials and supplies from stock, verifying information provided and recording all transactions on system.
- Perform accurate Physical Inventory Count according to company process.
- Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
- Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to materials in and materials out including labeling of all stock items.
- Supervise and Operate material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using computer software for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus.
