Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process for a range of projects, from initial concept through to completion.
• Create and review architectural drawings, specifications, and details using design software.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Able to supervise & manage a team of engineers & draftsmen, provide guidance, and be accountable for overall team performance.
• Supports the creation of a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction.
• Participates in meetings (Vendor & Internal & Client), reviews progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues.
