We’re on a mission to make influencer marketing accessible and effective for businesses of all sizes, and we’re looking for a creative UX/UI Designer to help us create exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobile Optimization (Initial Project):

• Lead the optimization of our current platform design to ensure it is fully mobile-friendly.

• Identify and address usability issues specific to mobile devices.

2. Design Excellence:

• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

3. User Research & Insights:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.

• Analyze user feedback and data to improve usability and overall experience.

4. Collaborative Development:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centric designs.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

5. Brand Consistency:

• Maintain consistency in design by following and enhancing the platform’s design system and style guide.

• Ensure the UX/UI aligns with the company’s brand identity and values.

6. Problem Solving:

• Identify and address usability issues and propose creative solutions.

• Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms, preferably for SaaS or eCommerce solutions.

• Portfolio showcasing relevant projects with clear problem-solving and design outcomes.

• Skills:

• Proficient in Figma (preferred), Sketch, and motion graphics skills

• Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design patterns, and responsive design.

• Ability to create prototypes for user testing and presentations.

• Mindset:

• Passion for user-centered design and innovation.

• Attention to detail with a creative and analytical approach to solving problems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing dashboards or analytics platforms.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic front-end principles.

• Experience with animation or motion design tools.
