Job Description
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring thorough cash flow analysis and forecasting.
- Manage cash operations to guarantee that available cash flow sufficiently covers company liabilities and obligations.
- Monitor and report on forecasted cash flow performance, providing detailed variance analysis in comprehensive reports for the Financial Director.
- Maintain and enhance professional relationships with banking institutions, routinely reviewing account balances, letters of credit, and remittances.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, adherence to accounting standards, and compliance with internal regulations.
- Implement and assess costing and pricing strategies for finished products, addressing variances as necessary.
- Contribute to annual budget preparations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze and report on financial records related to our product outlets.
- Process monthly calculations and payments for production incentives.
- Ensure the timely review and payment of company taxes, including Payroll, VAT, and other regulatory obligations.
- Represent the company in interactions with governmental and private entities to facilitate business operations.
- Oversee and mentor accounting staff, monitoring performance and submitting monthly performance reports to the Financial Director.
- Prepare detailed financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including bank reports and various analytical assessments.
- Optimize auditing processes and control measures for cash collection and aging.
- Conduct daily audits of all inventory and warehouse transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Establish and manage all cost centers, including sales accounts and other financial segments.
- Leverage extensive experience in Odoo ERP systems for streamlined financial operations and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- A Master’s degree in Management is highly desirable.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Extensive knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, treasury management, and experience utilizing Odoo ERP systems.
- Exceptional leadership and supervisory abilities, with a track record of developing team capabilities.
- Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
