Manage warehouse’s inbound and outbound operations.
Set up the warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization, and work to accommodate all the received shipments minimizing/eliminating the external storage cost.
Monitor and review daily transactions uploaded to the ERP system.
Visit all Warehouses on regular basis for inspection.
Initiate development of, and recommends approval, for procedures and systems that facilitate the achievement of enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness and ensure the integrity of all materials data.
Determine staffing needs to meet workload requirements and manage the day-to-day budget and forecasts.
Provide data of collections status and details.
Coach and motivate the staff to meet the organization’s targets.
All other job-related duties as assigned.
Any other responsibilities may be assigned by the direct manager.
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.
