Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our company's technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including installing and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing user support.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Install and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with computers, networks, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to staff, including email issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement data security measures.
- Stay updated on technology trends and assist with new initiatives.
Website and Hosting:
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with developers for website updates and enhancements.
- Oversee website hosting environment and troubleshoot related issues.
SAP System (if applicable):
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP system.
- Coordinate with SAP specialists to resolve any technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) (preferred).
- Experience with network administration (preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills.
