Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Contracts Lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, with a particular focus on copyright issues in Egypt and the Gulf region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to media and entertainment law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to media, entertainment, and copyright matters.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on issues concerning intellectual property rights and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in Egypt and the Gulf region.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop effective legal strategies for various projects.
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation support as needed.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in contract law, preferably with exposure to copyright and intellectual property matters.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian and Gulf region laws related to media and entertainment.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
