Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement training programs in alignment with business goals
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend solutions
- Develop instructional materials
- Deliver training programs both virtually and in-person
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest instructional design theories and practices
- Maintain a library of learning resources, including books, articles, and digital media
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote learning and development opportunities
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as maintaining records and preparing reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in training centers such as LTC, Dynamic int., BBusniness.. etc
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with virtual classroom platforms and webinars.
