Job Description
- Develop structured training programs (foundational to advanced) for AI systems.
- Tailor materials for developers, end-users, and stakeholders.
- Create visual aids (icons, diagrams, infographics) to explain AI processes.
- Standardize visual elements in collaboration with graphic designers.
- Train AI/ML models using annotated datasets and assess performance.
- Document best practices using charts, checklists, and workflow guides.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and 1:1 sessions on AI tools/platforms.
- Produce FAQs, cheat sheets, and quick-reference tutorials.
- Collect feedback to enhance training content and AI system usability.
- Stay current with AI trends via newsletters and research summaries.
- Collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and product teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience as an AI Trainer, Instructional Designer, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (neural networks, NLP, computer vision).
- Skilled in visual content tools (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Lucidchart).
- Familiarity with Python or R and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
