• Responsible for monitoring the site’s purchase orders on a daily basis.
• Responsible for disbursing cash related to the site’s purchase orders.
• Following up on the contractors’ progress claims.
• Monitoring the entitlements of the contractors’ progress claims.
• Daily tracking and recording of all site-related expenses.
• Following up on the project’s rental entitlements (transportation/housing).
• Reconciling daily purchase orders (invoices – store vouchers – credits) and recording them periodically.
• Responsible for disbursing and periodically recording the project’s daily labor wages.
• Following up on the administrative expenses related to the site.
