Job Description
1. Achieving the monthly sales target.
2. Interview clients to determine the types of properties they are looking for.
3. Explaining all the details to customers and answering all their inquiries.
4. Setting an appointment with the client to visit the project site for actual viewing of the units.
5. Constant review of project developments and knowing the details.
6. Explanation of marketing offers to customers and available payment systems.
7. Review daily follow-ups with clients on CRM.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- +2 years of experience in a developer company.
- New Capital & New Cairo Background is a must.
- Well Presenter, Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English Level.
- Excellent using CRM / Microsoft Office/ Outlook.
- Owning a car is a must.
