Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux environments).
Manage and administer Sophos Firewall including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Provide support and administration for ERP systems, particularly ALPHA ERP and SAP Business One.
Monitor system performance, perform regular backups, and ensure disaster recovery solutions are in place.
Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines using Hyper-V, VMware, or similar platforms.
Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, network architecture, and IT procedures.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation of business-critical applications.
Support end-users by resolving technical issues related to servers, network, and ERP applications.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and security.

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., Sophos Certified Engineer, VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE) are a plus.
