Job Description
• Managing system infrastructure including but not limited to AD, GPO, DNS, WDS, VMWare vSphere test server equipment, backup and anti-virus.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software by running diagnostics, documenting problems and solutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of problems
• Providing documentation and technical specifications to IT staff to plan and implement new or upgrades to the IT infrastructure
• Performing or authorizing regular backup operations and implement appropriate data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Responsible for capacity planning, storage and database performance
• Monitoring data center health using existing management tools, and respond to hardware issues as they arise. Help build, test, and maintain new servers when needed
• Maintenance of computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical devices
• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance of computer systems and networks
• Experience with local area network and WAN management.
• Responsible for data center support of RACK servers, cabling and UPS units and providing support to various IT teams as needed.
• Routing and switching design, configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs and IP subnets).
• Managing and maintaining server systems, networks and firewalls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Information Technology is a must.
- Have 4 - 6 years of experience in IT field (1-3 years in similar position)
- Strong Communication skills and Customer management skills
