Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare daily liquidity reports to track the company's financial position.
Analyze financial data, identify income statement variances, and present financial results to management.
Assist in budget preparation and analysis to support decision-making.
Accounting & Compliance:

Implement approved financial and accounting procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation flow and maintain accounting records.
Oversee tax compliance and ensure adherence to federal regulations.
Upload electronic invoices to the tax authority's website in a timely manner.
Financial Controls & Security:

Prepare entries for assets, liabilities, and capital by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintain accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures.
Secure financial information through regular database backups and proper record-keeping.
Process Improvement & Advisory:

Develop, implement, and modify accounting and record-keeping systems for efficiency.
Advise management on resource utilization, tax strategies, and budget
