Job Description
- Managing and executing the e-commerce orders cycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks in terms of order tracking, shipping status, and delivery on the e-commerce platform & Social Media.
- Monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site & Social Media and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Managing site development and updates for the e-commerce side of the business.
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, stock) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
- Monitoring Marketing team performance.
- Analyzing and investigating price, demand, and competition.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies and promotional activities.
- Preparing weekly reports.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 4 years of previous experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- High level of communication and problem-solving skills.
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
- Aware of online sales strategies to be applied through different platforms.
