Job Description

  • Managing and executing the e-commerce orders cycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks in terms of order tracking, shipping status, and delivery on the e-commerce platform & Social Media.
  • Monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site & Social Media and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
  • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
  • Managing site development and updates for the e-commerce side of the business.
  • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, stock) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
  • Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
  • Monitoring Marketing team performance.
  • Analyzing and investigating price, demand, and competition.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies and promotional activities.
  • Preparing weekly reports.

Job Requirements

  • From 1 to 4 years of previous experience in the same field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
  • High level of communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
  • Aware of online sales strategies to be applied through different platforms.
