Responsibilities:
Creating and developing effective marketing plans for the company and all of its clients.
Finding and attracting clients to work with the company.
Creating sponsored campaigns for the company and its clients on various social media platforms, especially Google, Snapchat, and Instagram.
Setting up and configuring advertising accounts for the company and its clients.
Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
Communicating with clients and partners and closing deals.
Managing sponsored campaigns for the company and its clients, and providing organized periodic reports.
Managing social media platforms for the company and its clients.
Manage and optimize the online presence by implementing SEO best practices. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and regularly analyze website traffic and ranking metrics.
Responsible for planning and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing channels and initiatives.
Regularly provide reports on marketing campaign performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use data insights to adjust strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years or more in a Marketing agency or related organization.
  • Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies.
  • Experience analyzing data.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and be a team player.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, persuasive oral and written communication, project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects.
  • Must require experience working with target audiences, market research, and competitive landscape evaluation.
