Job Description
- Designing, implementing, and facilitating the annual marketing plan and strategic initiatives designed to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
- Translate company objectives and strategies to build brand equity and awareness, facilitating business growth.
- Establish the brand identity and awareness for the company that is recognizable to the real estate market. Develop corporate re-positioning and branding strategies.
- Processes management for website completion and delivery together with the Digital Marketing team.
- Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
- Create marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post-launch era consistent with the overall business strategy.
- Plan and oversee the project's marketing activities and material including BTL and ATL.
- Manages press relations, speaking engagements, special events, and community outreach activities. Website maintenance, social media participation, and trade show exhibitions.
- Handling all advertising campaigns for projects TV, Radio, and digital.
- Responsible for printing materials and promotional materials (Sales Kit, brochures, flyers, master plans, layouts, etc. …… ).
- Oversee the hiring of potential marketing department employees and trains these new workers so they can perform their primary job functions in an efficient manner.
Job Requirements
- 7-12 years of solid experience in marketing in Real Estate
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Marketing diplomas and/or post-grad studies are an asset.
- Exposure to events, Digital Marketing, agencies' management, events' management.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Applications and ERP.
